Description: The inmates of CPDRC performed a surprise number in front of Capitol. This performance was a request by the inmates as their contribution to the 438th Founding anniversary Celebration. The Governor and Provincial Officials were so moved that they included all 1500+ inmates in the giving of the mid-year bonus for Capitol employees. Each inmate was given P1,000.00 pesos ($US 22.00)an incentive for good behavior. The inmates want to express their heartfelt gratitude to the people of the world. Pls. pass the good news!
