Working class cities? The average pay for jobs in the city are $8-9/hr unless u were lucky and got into a union. There is no practical work in the city. All the good jobs r in the 905 and surrounding areas in Toronto. When the jobs go, the areas runs down, which CAN turn regular ppl into social deviants.

Expose all organized crime outlets and put constant pressure on em. Cut off ALL their resources. Go after the custumers and dry out the demand for drugs CONSTANTLY, not just 1nce a season. Stop putting crack addicts/addiction sites near poor areas. Make minimum wage $10/hr, STOP temp work and higher ppl fulltime. Fuck a handout, give them an equil shot. And get ridd of Ontario Housing and make EVERYTHING co-op.

Like saying that all drug dealers or kids in poor areas are "lazy". I bet they're willing to work TWICE as hard as u do, but they aren't willing to make half of what u make. All this city has to offer are $9/hr jobs and temp. work. They expect ppl to raise a family on THAT?? Meanwhile they're sitting on benefits, $20+/hr jobs with pensions.
