Wilber Pan is just 1 guy from 1000 other artists in taiwan, and his company bought the rights for it. All I can give you is that Taiwan does have their own pretty good artists that does not copy from other countries - look into it. SuitonJutsu ::: Favorites koreans copy music from other country too like american music. Pretty much most of popular korean music like kpop khiphop and krock are all influenced by american music.
