There is no god but He - the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor Sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede In His presence except As he permitteth? He knoweth What (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. tkassim ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 18:47:32 Anyone who knows arabic or scholar will tell kursi litelaly means Chair or footstoll and arsh means throne. Also (Ibn Jarir) said, Abu Dhar (Ghiffiri) (May Allah be pleased with him) said that he heard Allah's Messenger (PBUH) saying: "The Kursi (Allah's Footstool) compared to the Throne (Arsh) is nothing but like a ring of iron thrown in a vast field." __________________________________________________

tkassim ::: Favorites 2007-12-04 15:47:01 I love this sign of Allah. When you compare Allah's foot stool/chair (kursi) to his Throne (arsh) it is so minute. __________________________________________________
