SinnerJesus ::: Favorites Yeah, I saw that on Maximum Exposure. They fry it and serve it while the fish is still breathing when you eat it. It's just reflexes at that point. They do that so the customers will know the fish was still alive when it was prepared. It's like octopus, the tentacles still move for up to 3 hours! They can't help that it's still alive.
