In Italy the offer people 55% off the work undertaken to fit energy saving devices, so they are doing something to give incentives unlike UK or USA. steffyweffy777 ::: Favorites well you would need the magnets to have a slight oscillation as some say, but who knows, I know a physics professor who has already made 2 successful overunity machines form plans off the internet. 'overunity' means to get more energy out than put in. The above contraption works if a little electricity is used to oscilate the above magnetic disc, causingt eh ball to rotate. TeslaKuhn ::: Favorites I saw giant turbines at Niagra Falls that had magnets in them. The reason they gave is the magnets spinning against copper created electricity, but had to have water to spin the turbine. The devices that tap Free Energy are not creating energy, simply using energy being spilled out and lost all the time already. I guess if a device where something oscillating above it could then cause the magnets to make the thing spin, you woudl have a over unity machine, so putting a battery operated oscillator to make the disc on top shake, and then the magnets would cause the ball to spin, and you would have more enrgy genertaed than put in.
