that looks amazingly stable. i have a micro mosquito and it's rubbish to be honest,,it sways in the air and the rear rotor has little influence over forward / backward direction. You can get it to drift where you want,,just about but all it is any good for is hovering. that thing in your vid clearly had decent forward / backward control.

Thanks Chrisfunk for your input. I was seriously considering buy the mosquito. It's still 69.95 everywhere I look so I was waiting for the price to go down. Besides higher end heli's are getting cheaper now. I used to love flying my planes but heli's are as much fun and maybe more cause they can be flown anywhere.

I want to spend about £100 on heli,,something like a 4ch honeybee would be great to start with. I'm not interested in going 3D just yet. U dunno, maybe it's just my mosquito, some other youtube vids show them moving around quite well. My dad has a similar but larger contra rotating one with the horizontal rear fan but it behaves the same,,,TBC,,,

,,,Hovering is stable but once you get moving the swawing starts and you can do little to stabilize them once that happens as you have no sideways control. The swawing gets worse until the blades actually hit eachother and you can guess the rest. I think the way the rotors are mounted has too much movement. I know it has to be like that to hover pretty much unaided but they shouldn't be able to touch the way they can!
